By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Cisdem apps, owned and operated by Cisdem Inc.
Cisdem Inc. exclusively owns all copyrights of Cisdem apps. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the apps, any part of the apps, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the apps, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the apps into other languages or make derivative versions. All content, features, and functionality of the Apps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Cisdem Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Anyone may use the trial version of Cisdem apps. Before deciding upon the purchase, you may have a chance to verify whether it suit for your needs. But if you wish to use the full features, you must purchase the full version.
Once registered, the user is granted an exclusive license to use. Cisdem apps, on one Android/iOS mobile phone, for any legal purpose, at a time. You need a license for a device on which the program is installed. The registered Cisdem apps may not be rented or leased but can be permanently transferred, if the person who receiving it agrees to the terms of this license. If the app is updated, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.
Cisdem apps store and process personal data that you have provided to us, to provide my Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied, you use at your own risk.
At times, we may update the app. Currently available on Android and iOS, the system requirements (and those for any new platforms we might expand to) may change, necessitating updates for continued use. Cisdem Inc. does not guarantee that the app will always remain relevant to you or compatible with your installed Android/iOS version. However, you agree to accept and install updates when offered.

Cisdem Inc. reserves the right to change the license agreement of the software. Cisdem Inc. has the right to change the product as it sees fit Cisdem Inc. reserves the right to change prices without notice. Cisdem Inc. reserves all rights that are not expressly granted here.
Installing and using Cisdem apps signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove Cisdem apps from your devices and cease to use the product.
