Cisdem Video Converter is amazing! It’s super easy to use and handles any video format I throw at it. I love how fast it converts files without losing quality. The editing features are a nice bonus—I can trim, crop, and add subtitles in just a few clicks. It’s become my go-to tool for preparing videos for social media or my TV. Highly recommend it!

I bought this APP for lifetime and I am so happy and excited about this product. I have around 15 iso files and used this app to convert to Mp4 files, I have no problem watching all the converted MP4 files on my Mac. Good job!

Good news! The beta version that you gave me works on all dvd’s. Thanks for your great support. FYI.. and I know it’s beta: it is taking upwards of 3 hours to complete one dvd.. this I am sure will be resolved as the beta is refined. Thanks again.. I am back to work. FYI.. I have gone deaf so I need the dvd’s in my collection ripped with closed captions. This is why your software is the best.

It worked! Thank you. In my defense, the “button” to push to start the conversion process is located on the bottom right of the Cisdem display. It is easily confused with the button on the upper left. But, anyway, I am pleased that it works. I can now share my family videos with my family. Thank you for your assistance!

Once again, thanks for your customer support service. I have already purchased the software after converting the first 5 minutes of one of my videos. Seeing that it solved my problem (not being able to get MP4 fulling working with iMovie on my mac) I purchased the software. Thank again.

I purchased Cisdem last January, primarily to convert videos and, occasionally, to download some from the internet. The software works smoothly and efficiently, easy to understand and helped me achieve my goals along both animation and subtitling projects. Last week I updated Cisdem and all of a sudden it stopped working. The difficulty was that the macOS it's running on still isn't updated to one of the latest versions, as my old computer does not support them. The customer service replied to my help request in no time and solved the problem for me right away! I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it! If you experience any problem, the customer support is responsive and really helpful, which is rare nowadays and in my opinion is sign of a serious and reliable company. Thank you very much!
