I purchased the program thinking I would be able to play the blu-ray DVD discs after upgrading, but instead I got a lite video converter tool. Well, it sound more affordable to get a lite video converter tool with this price. P.S. The convert function works well!

So far after extensive listening tests and comparisons, the best audio quality I've heard on my "system" is playing audio/video files (mp4a, mp4, aiff, wav, etc.) through the version 4.4.0 of the Cisdem Video Player.

I am looking for replacement video player, not happy with those I have. Cisdem Video Player looks promising, it allows to play virtually all the available video formats(even 8K HD videos) smoothly, and the UI is simple and user-friendly, it is easy to upload the videos for playing and switch videos in a click( or shortcut keys). It is definitely the winner compared with the video players I've used before.

Trying some alternatives for MPlayerx on Mac, brought me to this video player. Works great even with Large x265 4K files (+- 18GB on NAS) , Mplayerx is able to play it but the audio and video is out of sync, I was thinking it is a problem with the video source? But it works fine with Cisdem Video Player.

It looks super player for my new Mac, and it is totally free to play all kinds of video files. A built-in playlist will display all the video files you imported in a list, and it is really easy to play or switch the playing videos. What's more, you are allowed to upload subtitle files or change audio stream when you need. What a fantastic free video player! There is also a paid version, which is a light video converter, but it doesn't affect your free use if you just need to play videos in different formats.

I've been using the free version of Cisdem Video Player for several months and I was so satisfied with its performance. So I recently bought this player to take our AVI files from our timelapse cameras and format videos on a daily and weekly basis into Mov. or MP4 formats compatible with Macs applications for video editing as AVI is not supported. It is just a simple conversion so I don't think I want to pay so much dollars to purchase a profession one, this one is good with $9.99
