Carolyn graduated from China, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She developed a strong interest in writing in her college writing classes, which encouraged her to be a tech editor in Cisdem and apply the skills she learned to her articles. Since joining the PDF team, she has spent much time testing various PDF products on the market, aiming to pick out the optimal solution for users.

Life
