Go to https://x.com/messages/ and play the DM video you want to download.
Press F12 on your keyboard to open browser developer tools.
Go to the Network tab, type "m3u8" in the filter box to find the link. Now refresh the page, select the first xxx.m3u8?variant file (the one with longer name), and copy its request URL.
