I used cisdem AppCrypt on my mac to block webpages for a year and loved it alot. It worked all the time without any issues.

I had been a customer of AppCrypt for 2 weeks now, and I can tell you it was well worth the $29.99 he charged for it. I paid it happily because it filled a niche not occupied by other apps. Sure, File Vault is great...if you want to encrypt your whole drive. But if you want to do it on a app basis, Cisdem AppCrypt is the perfect app blocker. Otherwise, it is also able to block websites， coordinate with app blocker, it will be a nice tool to enhance your productivity.

For some reasons, my Mac became a public computer in my family and I don't have the permission to refuse that even though it is really not convenient for me. So I can only choose to purchase this app to protect my private information from unauthorized accessing. Now all my social apps are locked, and if someone who tried to encrypt the locked app, I can easily find him. It makes me feel better since at least my private information does not need to be shared.
