I used to use Keka to decompress the files, it works fine, but the most annoying thing is it doesn't support batch decompress, which makes me finally quit it and find this program instead. It owns a clean GUI, you can easy to find where to upload files for decompressing and compressing, also it runs fast and smoothly, it will be my next long time used tool.

I only recently started using this application after trying various others out there. I must admit that I am impressed with the program's speed and also that it does the job and gets out of the way. I was having a difficult time finding a program to unarchive some .tar files which someone had sent me. After a few failed trials of other software, I googled and find this one. It's replacing my previous standard archive software and will be my recommended utility going forward.

I originally downloaded Cisdem Unarchiver to see if it would operate quicker than the regular Mac unarchiver, but I discovered that it actually was much better anyway. It can handle many, many more file types than the built in archive utility, and operates so smoothly. It will be my default choice from now on.

I have never had any issues with this app. small zipped files, large files and operating systems, flawless. Simple, easy, no set up needed, I wish it was cross platform so I could use it more. It's all you need to zip and unzip files, no useless bells and whisles that waste time and screen space.

As a writer, I often need to extract zips, and this was by far the simplest and easiest to use. I regularly use this for jars, tars, zips and so far no problems.

This is great because I can finally unzip files with Japanese titles and not have the Japanese turn into bogus characters. Most other unarchivers do not extract asian fonts correctly, this does it perfectly! though i think the price is too high...
