I used the trial version to scan my drive, it found out more than 5000 files from the deleted Recycle Bin. It said that I have to pay for it to recover those delete files, so I purchase a lifetime plan. Well, it recovered all the files, most of them can be opened successfully. At least, it is not a scam.

Thanks! It works to recover the files I need, and it is so friendly to a non-tech. It seems that you just need to select the hard drive, click Scan, then select the target files and recover them. It's easy and I did this to get my files back.

I've tried a few retrieve programs, this is the only program that I could see the lost file with the free trial version. Thankfully, I retried the lost document after paying and the document retried is able to be opened.
