An external hard drive for my Apple iMac that contains all of our personal photos and videos for the last 10+ years is acting up. The files are all common photo and video files. It gives me an error saying I can still open/copy files but can't save changes. However, in reality, when I try to access files it won't do it, and it takes all day to realize that. I've tried running all the Mac utilities (Disc Utility First Aid, etc.) with no changes. That's how I came across your program. It delighted me in the demo scan that I was able to see everything was still on the hard drive, so I excitedly subscribed and did the disc recovery. It definitely processed the recovery to the new hard drive faster than I expected (maybe too good to be true) and I can open those files successfully. Thanks!

I have a MAC BookPro an I used Photo Booth application to register a video. I do this a lot, it was not my first time, so I know how to use it. But this time that I am talking you about, after I wanted to play the video I could not. Nor with that application, nor with other ones. So I understood that the file was some how corrupted or damaged. I found this program to recover the original video file, and then found that it can directly repair the damaged video file. God, it saves my life!
