#1 Re-log into your iCloud account

#4 Check recently deleted folder

  1. Log into your iCloud Photos.
  2. Go to Recently Deleted folder.

#5 Upgrade to iCloud+

Or your iCloud just exceeds the limit of 5GB under a free account, and you need to upgrade to iCloud+. If you have subscribed iCloud+, you need to buy more storage.

On iPhone or iPad

  1. Go to Settings, tap your name.
  2. Go to iCloud > Manage Storage > Upgrade to iCloud+.
